Bell's Pottery
c 1860's
This cheese or dessert plate made in the 1860’s is one of Bell’s most famous patterns and I just loved the blue and white.
The pattern, based on a drawing by Sir David Roberts is known as Triumphal Car.
Bell’s Pottery also known as Glasgow Pottery was established by brothers John & Mathew Bell in 1841.
