Clyde Pottery

It’s a Royal bowl, I just love it. Made for the wedding of Prince of Wales (Edward V11) to Princess Alexandra of Denmark on the 10th March 1863 at St George's chapel.
It was made in Clyde Pottery founded by James Muir and Alan Kerr jnr in 1810. This punch bowl shows the Prince of Wales in military uniform with feathers above and a moto below. Clyde pottery ceased trading in 1916.
