Irene W's choice

I chose this jug because of its colour and style. I thought it might suit my house.

It was made in Govancroft Pottery on London Road most probably after 1950 when the pottery began making more decorative ware.

It’s colour it ‘dabbed’ on possibly with a sponge or rag.
